At INUIKII, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the footwear in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
